Error (Event 1000) reported when I closed application window last night
Each night, I close all applications and shut down my computer unless Acronis is still working on an operation. In that case, I check the box to shut down the computer when finished.
As the subject says, Acronis threw an error when I closed the application window last night. This morning, after a boot, I opened Acronis True Image with a right click from the notification tray item and was alerted that there had been an error. I followed the instructions and created a system report. I'm hoping someone can tell me what was the problem and if I need to take any action.
I'm (think) that I'm uploading the system report and also including the details of the error from my event log in the topic.

Steve Smith wrote:Marjorie, if you have submitted Feedback along with a system report, then Acronis will need to review what happened with this application crash. It is not one that I have seen reported here in the forums but there are many new features in 2021 and especially with this latest 30480 build so best to be left to the developers!
Actually, I didn't submit the form that popped up this morning so, if that is what you mean by submitting feedback, it didn't happen. As you probably are aware, it takes a while to generate the report and there's nothing on the screen to indicate its progress. I'll send the zip through the feedback form now.

Marjorie, if you completed the Feedback form and clicked on the submit button, then it creates the system report in the background without further mention to the user.
