Files at the ATI Sync sever are not being updated
The Sync functions in ATI 2021 seem to be not working on my computer (Win 10) in the sense that the dates of the files at the server have not changed since October 18, yet at my console I see a report that updating at the server is happening regularly (please see the two files attached).
Also, when the program appears to be running I see the names of files being synchronized, but it is the same small list of files. This list excludes files which I am actually changing within my Sync folder.
In addition, at the Dashboard the reported space usage is 4GB; but at my console it is 2GB (the latter is correct).
Please help me by suggesting what may be going wrong with my setup.

I'd start with the steps from 47168: Acronis True Image: Troubleshooting Sync. If the issue still persists, please open a support ticket for investigation.
