Germany Data Center Slow or Unavailable
I am in the USA. A couple of years ago I had chronic issues with extremely slow cloud backups to the Phoenix Data Center. Upon the suggestion of someone here in the forum, I changed to the Germany Data Center and backups were back to the expected upload speeds and times. After two good years, I now have been having similar problems with the Germany Data Center. Some backups are so slow, that they last over a day just to back up 1GB. I normally see upload speeds of 2.5 to 3.5 Mbps, but I've had backup speeds of 348Kbps, 179Kbps and even 66Kbps.
I've had several error messages that said "The cloud storage is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
Has anyone else experienced similar problems with the Germany Data Center? I've seen one or two past posts mentioning the Germany center being down for a day, but nothing longer term such as I'm experiencing. I start a support ticket, but frankly have found Acronis support to be a bit lacking. I'd first like to know if this is a problem seen by more than just a few.
PS. I tried to check the Germany center using the Acronis Speed Check webpage link, but it keeps connecting to the Singapore center instead. How can I test the Germany center speed?

Same here. I cant do a cloud backup anymore - or access my cloud backup via browser for two days now. I'm using a German datacenter for my backup.

See topic: True Image cloud suddenly incredibly slow where the same issue has been reported by other users - please report this to Acronis!

I did see that other topic, but the title didn't specifically mention the Germany data center even though the contents do mention Germany, so I created this topic to attract the attention of those that are having specific problems with the Germany data center. I will report the problem to Acronis, as requested.

Acronis support replied after looking at all the system reports they requested. They said they could see nothing to do other than change backup priority to high and compression to zero, or to change data centers.
I am going to try going back to the US data center to see if that solves the speed problem.
