I don't have access to my account page! Please help me

Hello,

All day long I've been trying to solve the problem but I can't access the Acronis true image account page. I have disabled my antivirus, firewall, contact Acronis technical support, contact my internet provider, change DNS,... Nothing worked.

 Help me, I can't use the License. Something is blocking. Thanks

Please try opening webpage: https://account.acronis.com/auth/login instead of just account.acronis.com as shown in your screen image.  This is working for me when I tried it today.

If you are using a Proxy Server in your web browser configuration, then try disabling this and try again.

It is possible that your IP address is listed in a blacklist that is preventing access to this and other websites?  See webpage: Blacklist check.
