Ich möchte mein Abo von Acronis True Image 2021 kündigen

Fristgemäß zum 11. Nov. 2021 möchte ich mein Abo von Acronis True Image kündigen !!!!

Ein weiterer frustrierter Kunde - scheint fast schon so, als würde Acronis absichtlich Privatkunden vergraulen

PS: mein Abo läuft noch bis Mitte Juli - True Image vermeldet jedoch nur mehr 11 Tage Restzeit, nie mehr wieder

Hello Armin,

I've checked your account and don't see any active auto-renewals. If there were any other orders not registered to your account, please send me the order ID in a private message, so I can find it in our system.

thanks for having a look at it (could manage to disable auto-renewal) but my orders do not show up in history

Anyway, your (indian-based?) colleague tries to call me always after 22:00 and case has now been fwd to different Support Professional (license expired 2½ weeks ago and converted to trial, subscription is running 2 more months)
