iMac error, first time user.

Thread needs solution

Hello, I use Acronis on my PC but wanted to try it on my iMac before buying.

So today I downloaded the trial version.  I'm using the latest version and I run Big Sur 11.1 on my iMac.

Twice in a row when I tried to make a global backup like I do on my PC it has told me it failed.  This sure doesn't make me want to buy it if this is going to happen.

Can someone please help with this?

Many thanks, and sorry about the text, I don't know how to make a file out of it.

Here's the error text.

Paul, welcome to these public User Forums.

Caveat: I am a Windows user with no direct experience of using ATI on any Mac.

I can only recommend raising this question in the dedicated ATI for Mac Forum where other experienced Mac users should be able to provide better answers or else opening a Support case direct with Acronis while your 30-day Trial support is active.

Paul, the forum name in my earlier post is a link to the Mac forum.
