Initial Backup: infinite failure loop - logs ask me to unlock an already unlocked BitLocker drive

Thread needs solution

I am running Windows 10 x64, version 2004 (19041.450)

I am trying to do an initial backup of my data (I bought the software a few days ago). In this backup, I am trying to back up 2 disks (my D: drive and F: drive) - my D: drive does not have BitLocker enabled, whereas my F: drive does have BitLocker enabled.

When I try to run the backup, it seems to do well for the first drive (the D: drive) and backs up around 1 TB of data; then it gets strange. The GUI (from that point forward) reports that ~1 GB (not a typo) of data is backed up, and that it is running at a speed of 26Mbps - Task manager claims that, in fact, 150 MBps (capital B) of disk activity is taking place by "Backup Worker" - similar to what it was for the D: drive (and the GUI reported ~1000 Mbps for that). Then, every hour and a half or so, the backup resets (0 GB backed up)  and stays very slow - this is an infinite loop. I checked the logs, and this is what it said (the most recent "loop"):

I can 100%, without a doubt, confirm that the F: drive was unlocked for the entire duration. I can provide more logs, but they are all effectively equivalent (but with the times changed), lending credence to the "infinite loop" theory.

Here's another one just for fun:

Do you have any suggestion what I could do to fix this?
Thanks.

Atto, welcome to these public User Forums.

I do not have any BitLocker encrypted drives so cannot test this scenario you are reporting, but if your F: drive is definitely shown as being unlocked in the BitLocker control panel, then this looks to be a code error in ATI 2021 in not correctly recognising the unlocked drive.
