Missing info about last backup on Backup main page

Thread needs solution

Hello

I've discovered a strange thing. The backup page for "Daten" contains an info area where you see the last backup and graphical part of data types (Documents, Pictures, Audio, Video and others). That's fine and I want to have that infor for every entry. But for the entry "SW-Ablage it's missing and I could not find out where to enable or disable that setting. I've also deleted and recreated that entry twice and to two times different result (once it was there and once it wasn't.

Does anyone know the location of that setting parameter which controls that appearance and how it can be changed?

Thanks, Andreas

Andreas, unfortunately this feature of ATI 2021 is at best a suggestion of the content of the backup files being created and seems to be unreliable and inaccurate.  It is missing for many of my own backup tasks when just checked!

Personally, I would rather that it was removed altogether instead of showing information which is of very little value to the users.  I stopped looking at this a long time ago!

I can only suggest either opening a Support Case or submitting Feedback direct to Acronis if this is a feature that you use or rely on!

In the meantime I've found out the reason and how to solve it.

Reason: TrueImage has lost or not found the link to the associated image file. I'm just wondering why that can happen for a newly created task.

Solution: Search for the file and attach it. Then it has no information about the content until the next backup task of that volume has finished.

That's it.

I have witnessed the same behavior with True Image 2021 Perpetual, Beta 32010.  I did the search as Andreas Manz suggested and searched for and attached the image, which was the only backup listed in the recent backups area.  Once I did that the bar reappeared.  For my two cents you could simply do away with the summary all together since it is of little value to me.
