Mobile backup to individual locations

Acronis True Image 2021  questions:

Want to back up multiple Iphones. Would like to back up to individual folders for each phone, folders  that I created on my PC.( Not the default mobile backup folder)  Is this possible and how do I do it? (it seems right now all mobile backups go to a generic backup folder) 

I have existing backups on PC done previously, but I can't remember which IPhone they represent, how do I identify them to their respective I phone? 

Also, when I start the mobile back up process it shows me a pic of a phone with a name I dont recognize and did not put there myself. How do I rename this icon to the phone I am currently trying to back up ? ( with a new name I can recognize)
