Multiple .tibx files in first backup

Thread solved

Just ran a backup for the first time.  It created 12 .tibx files totaling 45.5 GB.

11 files are exactly the same size: 4,194,300kb.  One file name is  "pc name"-tibx.

The other 10 are "pc name"-0001.tibx through -0010.tibx.

The 12th one is -0011.tibx but only 1,5972,700 kb

This is probably a stupid question but: Are all these files required?

The drive to which you are saving the backup has a file system that limits the max file size to 4GB - probably FAT 32. So Acronis needs to split the backup into separate files. All *.tibx files are needed - deleting just one will completely break the backup.

There is also a setting that allows you to specify the max size of individual backup files but you would remember if you had selected that option.
