New version 2021has me foxed?

Thread needs solution

For years I have successfully  made and restored images. This new version has me foxed,it now talks about backups and not images, I have made several images with the Choices Custom and Full  and as far as I am aware they have completed successfully with the TI and TIBX appendages but when I come to restore  it says 'recover your system to a previous point in time, why does it do that when I have already chosen the image I wish to restore, if I try to choose the date of my image nothing happens,I must be fundamentally misunderstanding this latest iteration of the programme. Maybe I should revert to V 2019

Peter, the underlying process remains the same but with the advent of .tibx files in ATI 2020+ all incremental backup 'slices' are now consolidated within the same single .tibx file as the initial full backup for the task, so when doing a recovery, the process is changed to allow selection of the restore point via a calendar panel.

The key to the calendar is that only the emboldened / highlighted entries (dates / times) are available to be selected and once a valid selection has been made, the process will continue.

You shouldn't need to revert back to 2019 provided you allow yourself some 'learning' time to adjust to the new methods being used here unless there are other reasons you wish to do so!
