Nonstop back to USB drive fails with the message "Access to cloud file denied."  What is the fix?

What is the source data for your NSB here?

The error message suggests that you are including files or folders belonging to a Cloud service such as OneDrive where you are using the Files on Demand feature and the files are not held locally but in the cloud server location.  If so, then Acronis cannot access such files and they must be excluded from the NSB task.
