Notification not working

I've had endless discussions w/Actonis, and per their suggestion uninstalled, run Acronis Cleanup, reinstalled both 2020 and 2021, deleted and created new backups.  Typical behavior is that notification works once after a new install and then stops working.  Test email always works.  Not in my junk or spam folder.

Peter, I have not seen any issues with my own email notifications working with any of my PC's running a mix of ATI from 2018 through to 2021.

I use a free Gmail email account for notifications along with having the Gmail account setup to 'Allow less secure apps' as required for all current ATI implementations of TLS & SSL.

I am seeing email notifications from my tasks arriving every day without issue to my normal main email account (not Gmail).

Acronis suggested the following, which is working so far:

- Launch Acronis True Image 2021
- Select the backup job for which you wish to set the email notification
- Click on Options
- Capture screenshots of Scheduler, Backup scheme etc of the settings you have chosen.
- Click on 'Notifications'
- Click on 'Initial Settings'(Doing so will reset the settings of the backup job)
- Click on OK
- Close Acronis True Image 2021
- Relaunch Acronis True Image 2021 and then click on 'Options' again for the required backup job.
- Check if the settings for Scheduler, Backup scheme etc are intact. If yes, then you do not have to make any changes for them if not then you can refer the screenshots captured earlier and reset the settings as per your requirements(!) At times, the script resets all the backup settings hence it is always better to take a precautionary measure.
- Once done, please click on 'Notifications'
- Please 'Do Not' select 'Show Extended Settings'. Please proceed with the normal settings which you receive under the first screen.
