Office365, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams problem Backup

Thread needs solution

 

Someone else is experiencing this problem. My Onedrive backup has been giving me a backup error for 3 days. Does not conclude.

On Acronis support, there is this message below:

We have received reports that backups of some Microsoft cloud services
(Office365, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams) to Acronis Cloud
may be failing or show no progress / appear stuck.
We are investigating the issue with top priority and will update the status as soon as possible.

I solved the mistake myself. Acronis support is horrible!

 Ask for logs and more logs ... 
Useless.

I deleted some backup jobs and the following was normal. 
You pay for yourself to settle !! Unhappy!
