Thread needs solution

Win10 Pro 64bit

When trying to restore data (about 20 giga) with rescue media
・ MBR restoration
-Delete and restore recovery partition
-Delete and restore System partition
It seems that the five tasks are done,
It seems that only the deletion and restoration of the C drive partition is missing for some reason, and the restoration work, which normally takes tens of minutes, is completed in a matter of seconds (a few minutes).

On the screen just before pressing the restore execution button, a work list for checking the work contents is displayed, but
It is unstable for some reason, such as deleting and restoring C drive partition is not displayed.
When the delete / restore of C drive partition was displayed, I pressed the restore execution button, but the C drive partition was not deleted / restored.

By the way, in Acronis true image HD (accessory when purchasing a PC), which is not a rescue media and boots from USB, the work process is performed according to the work list for checking the restoration work contents.
I tried using the same data (Blu-ray Disc) used in that work, but with the rescue media version of acronis true image HD
It is unstable for some reason, such as deleting and restoring C drive partition is not displayed. At this time, the restoration work was not executed, but in this situation
It does not delete or restore the C drive partition.
So I think this is a rescue media issue, not a restore data issue.

Why is this?

By the way, the creation of rescue media and this problem happened on the same PC.

Reference Acronis True Image HD - see KB 2201: Support for OEM Versions of Acronis Products which applies to all OEM versions of ATI supplied with hardware purchases.

What version of ATI have you used for your testing above?
Has this always been the OEM ATI HD version or have you used a different version?

How are you doing the restore when it doesn't work correctly?  Are you always booting from the Acronis bootable Rescue Media, or have you been starting the restore from within Windows?

Which types of rescue media have you tried?

For the ATI 2018 & later version rescue media, there are 3 different versions available:
Simple:  created based on your Windows Recovery Environment for WinPE media.
Advanced: created based on Windows ADK (or AIK for earlier OS versions) - WinPE media.
Advanced: created based on a small Linux distro OS (BusyBox) or created from the .ISO CD image download from your Acronis Account page.
