Startup Manager update

Thread needs solution

How is the startup manager updated when doing an update to a new TrueImage version ?

Does the update take care of it or does one have to remove the old one through the utility and then "install" it again  yourself ?

Howard, as far as I understand, ASRM should be updated automatically along with all the other application files for the new version / build of ATI.

Note: I do not use ASRM so this is my opinion rather than guaranteed fact!

Rather than use ASRM, I have created an ATI 2021 .wim file using the MVP Custom PE Builder tool and added this as a Windows Boot Menu option using EasyBCD, so that I can boot into the MVP WinPE version of the rescue media as an alternative to booting into Windows 10.

With the above approach, the .wim file does need to be recreated after installing new builds.
