Unable to activate 2020 or 2021 editions of True Image

Thread needs solution

Every time I try and activate either the 2020 or 2021 update editions of True Image I keep getting an error message - "there was a problem signing you in. Please try again later". I have submitted 2 tickets to support without any response. Having paid for both licences I am extremely annoyed. I am able to easily login to this website but the software refuses to. Why? I have tried downloading and running the "fresh start" tool, but this has made no difference at all. Any answers?

Acronis Support tends to be invisible at weekends so hopefully someone will try to contact you now they are back in a normal working week day!

Common issues with activation can be caused is your PC is either behind a VPN or Proxy server, so if you are using either of these, then try turning it off while activating.
