Universal Restore Media Builder Bug (How to fix)
The latest build of the Universal Restore Media Builder (11.7.40263) has a bug when creating 64 bit WinRE media. The resulting media is not UEFI bootable. It will only boot in Legacy mode. It should boot in both UEFI and Legacy modes.
Here's how to fix it. Look in the EFI\Boot folder on the USB drive. You will see a file named bootia32.efi. This is a mistake. That file should be placed on 32 bit media. 64 bit media should have a file named bootx64.efi in that folder. To fix it you will need another 64 bit WinPE media. Take bootx64.efi from that other media and copy it to the EFI\Boot folder on the 64 bit Universal Restore media. Then delete bootia32.efi. Now the media will boot in both UEFI and Legacy modes.

Is the problem with the UR media builder fixed in version 32010 from 8.10.2020?

I just tested again. The problem hasn't been fixed because there is no new version of Universal Restore.
