Update 3 - still no fix to stop flooding event log with DCOM errors (10010)

Thread needs solution

As a long time ATI user I'm facing this issue since several years across multiple systems, and I just can't understand why it is not possible (or not desirable?) for Acronis to fix this.

I am aware that there is a "workaround" to this by removing cloud functionality (ti_managers_proxy.dll).
With ATI21 this has become even more tedious because now the entire folder is protected even for admin access and you need to boot from eg USB media to access and rename the dll file. Which is to be repeated with every update.

Have Acronis given up on finding a clean solution to this issue?

Karsten, all I can suggest is to flood Acronis with regular Feedback about this issue along with submitting new Support tickets for every new build released which doesn't fix it!

Hello Karsten,

we've discussed this issues with the RnD and according to my colleagues, the root cause for this behavior depends on the environment. A remote session with a developer would be needed to investigate the issue in every particular case. If you have time for investigation, I'd recommend opening a support ticket (please share the ticket ID with me).
