Using 2 external disks, I want to flip-flop disks for backups. How to set up?

Thread solved

I'm using Acronis True Image 2021 Build 35860 on a Windows 10 desktop.

I've been using 1 external disk for a full backup followed by 4 incremental backups - call it disk A. I have set the option to start a new full backup after these 4 incrementals.- call this backup set version #1.

However, I want the next full backup and incrementals set to take place on a 2nd external disk - disk B, backup version #2.

Then when that's finished it's fourth incremental, then to flip back to disk A after I delete version #1.

And so on, flip-flopping back and forth between disks.

How should I set this up on Acronis?

Cheers.

Tork, sorry but ATI is not designed to allow the use of multiple different backup drives with a single backup task.

See KB 62741: Acronis True Image: rotating backup destination disks requires separate backup plans per destination disk

I do this with my wife's computer but as Steve said you cannot have a single backup task.  I create a new backup task every time I alternate external drives.  It's rather quick to do.
