Acronis for archiving

I have TI Echo Server 9.1. I'd like to use Acronis for data storage (archiving) where files in the original location are deleted to free up space of the server HD once the backup is performed and the data is stored onto LTO 3 tape.

These backups would be performed on weekly basis on the network folder where users would dump their not-needed-on-everyday-basis-but-could-be-potentially-useful files. I want to be able to pick the files for restoring without knowing when the particular file had been backed up.

Whap happens with existing scheme (incremental backups) is that, if I select the last incremental backup it only gives me the last batch of files so in order to slect a particular file I need to know the exact date at which it was backed up. I'd like somehow to agreggate all previous backups where I could choose a particular file.

If Acronis cannot do it could you recommend a sofftware that does, possibly freeware.
