Acronis True Image Echo with Universal Restore

Hello I am trying to perform a universal restore. We are trying to go up from a HP DL380 G4 to a DL380 G5. The G5 boots the recovery cd just fine. Once up I select Acronis True Image Echo Server with Acronis Universal Restore Full Version so the program can read the USB drive that drive has the image from the G4. It load just fine. Once up I select recovery. The wizard launches and I select next. It wants the location of the image. I browse to the USB drive called "C" and open the image. It reads it and shows the c: drive, it shows it is indeed NTFS and the size is correct. I select next and I then hit the radio button Restore disks or partitions. I hit next again and select disk1. It has the MBR and primary active NTFS. Select next and it does nothing.
I have waited 15 minutes. I understand Universal restore looks for the device drivers in the image. I read the pdf and it speaks of forcing the drivers but I see no way of doing this.
