Acronis True Image Serer Echo and Windows 2008 R2

Thread needs solution

Hi,

we are upgrading our server from windows 2003 to windows 2008 R2.
Doing that Acronis echo server setup doesn't run anymore even if we have the last release.
May be there are some problems with Windows server 2008 R2?

Thanx

I have almost the Same Issue with Acronis True Image Server 10. I am running Windows Server 2008 R2. I was able to install the Diskdirector 10 but The True Image 10 would accept the lizenz and start installing. But in the mid of that installation a rollback ist done with the massage that installation was canceled and i need to try again.
What is the reason for that?

Hello all,

Thank you for posting. I will do my best to assist you with all the issues.

enock,

Unfortunately, this may be caused by the fact, that Windows 2008 R2 is not supported by Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server.
