Acronis True Image Workstation 9.1 - HELP!! cannot boot recovery CD

Thread needs solution

I've been using Acronis TI 9.1 Workstation for some time to backup my computer. Now I come to need a restore, I can't boot the recovery CD !

I've looked in "my account" for "bootable media" downloads to get the latest ISO file, but I just can't see any downloadable bootable media.

I've tried with this image:
TrueImageWorkstation9.1.3887aur__s_e_last.iso

I'm not trying to restore to dis-similar hardware. It's the same machine used for the backups. Needless to say, I don't have any disks made with "Create Bootable Rescue Media" on that system.

The system is an Acer Extensa 210 with 1 x 160GB Seagate hard-drive.

Now I know someone might reply "this product is no longer supported" which I think would rather miss the point, as I haven't needed to recover my C: drive since I purchased the product.

I'd be grateful for urgent help on this.

Thank you for finding time to open the thread and report about the issue. I entirely understand your concern and will be glad to help you.

Looks like the issue is related to the drivers conflict. Anyway, I will send you the updated ISO in a minute via Private Message. Please burn it onto the CD and check whether the issue persists.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
