I have upgrade version of version 10 but version 10 has so many issue with the backup ftp server that I have and want to stick with Verstion 9. Build version that I install is 8398. Can anyone help me to sort out? That snapapi module always gives problem with linux server for Acronis. I had kernel panic a few times before with existing linux server.

Thanks

Hello winthu aung,

Thank you for posting and welcome to our forum. I will do my best to assist you.

Please try the following workaround. Refer to the following article from our Knowledge Base and perform all the steps, except for step number 7. Even though the article is used for collecting SnapApi logs it also shows how to completely remove the SnapApi component and recompile it.

If the suggestion does not work, please refer to step number 10 and contact our Support team so that we can help you with resolving this issue.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.
