Backup 100% - doesn't end!

I'm having problems everytime I schedule a backup in my SBS, in which in the task reaches 100% completion but never seems to end. The task can't be canceled, only way of doing it is by killing the process. I've checked the Event Viewer but there's no error or warning messages
Finally, I've tried the manual backup and seems to be working.
My version is True Image Echo Server for Windows 8.938.
Any thoughts?
