backup raid using true image echo server 9.1

Hello,
we have a Dell Poweredge 2950 server running windows server 2003 + sp2
there are 6 physical hard disks (2x250G, 4x750G), the raid has been configured as Raid 1 for the two hard disks with 250G and Raid 5 for the 750G ones.

I have tried to back up a raid configuration before, the backup process finished successfully however when I came to restore the image onto a different server, it failed (cant remember what the error message was)

any suggestions?
