I am attempting to boot and image a Panasonic CF-31 from an Acronis Bootable Media with no luck. I've tried Acronis 8.153,8.163,8.1115,8.353 and Universal restore with no luck. Only one allows for me to use Safe mode version but you have no network abilities with that version. The others just sit at a black screen then fails and windows loads.

This issue is caused by the inability of linux kernel to load properly. The best solution here is to use the media built on an alternative loader. I will send you the link via PM in a minute. Please burn the ISOs onto the CD and check whether the issue persists.

I am having the exact same problem with a Panasonic Toughbook CF-Y7 under Win XP.
It will boot to the splash screen where I can choose to boot to B&R or the OS. If I choose B&R & soundsl as if it's booting just fine but there is no video - just black screen. I's as if the video drivers aren't loading.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem that Michael is having. I am trying to boot with a Panasonic CF-30 toughbook using acronis snap deploy 3 and it just boots into a black screen. Can you send the iso file to me as well.

Nucor Steel, I would recommend to update to the latest build of Acronis Snap Deploy 3 which is 3470 at the moment.

Any progress on this? I am also trying to boot a CF-31 from an Acronis Bootable Media but get the blank screen.

Michael you mention you did get it to work in safe mode via one of the versions- can you verify which version it was worked, and where can I get my hands on this? Network access isn't an issue for me so this might solve my problem.

I am not having any luck creating a report. I am pushing F11 After the bootable media shows starting acronis loader and the linux Kernal settings prompt shows quiet, I remove quiet and push ok, the full version menu item is not available for me to select. All I can select is master image creator, snap deploy agent, and standalone utility. Any advice with this issue?

I have upgraded all the console, pxe server and bootable media to version 3470.

When I boot the CF-30 to the PXE server, the snap deploy menu comes up, I select snap deploy agent, the a curser appears in the upper right hand corner of the screen for about a minute, then disappears to a black screen.

Update: While trying to create the report, I remove quiet and push ok, I then select the standalone utility, this starts to load, then goes to the snap deploy spash screen, then to a screen with the cursor in the upper right corner, blinks for 10 seconds then goes to the black screen.
