Can not install True Image Echo Server (The installation was interrupted before Acronis True Image Echo could be installed.)

Hello!
I can not install True Image Echo Server.
The installation was interrupted before Acronis True Image Echo could be installed.
This problem occurs on two servers.
Installation logs for both cases are attached.
Help me please.

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response, I'm familiar with the issue you have and shall do my best to help you.

According to the installation log you've provided you have 2 errors:

  • 0x800706D9 - There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper.
  • 0x8004E00F - COM+ was unable to talk to the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator.

Please make sure the following two services are running:

  • COM+ System Application
  • Distributed Transaction Coordinator

Click Start -> Run and type in services.msc to get the list of services.

If the necessary services are started, then check that COM+ is not broken by opening it manually (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer -> COM+ Applications -> System Application). If at any of the steps there appears an error message, then COM+ Application is broken. If it is broken, please try rebuilding it as described in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 318731 (see Resolution, steps 2 and 3).

sorry to revive this thread, but im also encountering this issue on 3 of our VMs under Windows 2003 x64, they have the Ver 8 installed and we installed the Ver 9 and now getting this issue.

any help will do..
