Cannot export archives

Thread needs solution

I am using Acronis Enterprise Echo 8353.

When I go to "Manage Backup Archives" from the backup server, I select a particular archive on a particular date. The button to "Export" the archive becomes available.

When I click the button, a wizard appears and asks where I'd like to save the exported archive. I make my selection, then ultimately click "Proceed".

When I click "Proceed", the wizard goes away and nothing happens. The file is never exported to the folder of my choosing. There are no error messages. There is no indication that the job completed. Literally, nothing happens.

First of all, thank you for the detailed description of the problem, I really appreciate it.

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it is hard to identify the exact cause of the problem. But before we proceed with investigation, I'd like to ask you to install the latest build of the product: it should be #8389.

Before installing a newer build, please kindly remove the previous version from the machine by means of Add/Remove products.

If the issue persists after the installation of the newest build, please gather the following diagnostic data: 

  1. Acronis Info from the problem machine
  2. Procmon from the problem machine

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
