Cannot import images to backup location

I am using True Image 8.398 and I cannot view my backups when I attempt to recover them on a remote machine. When I go to the backup location on the backup server management component, the backup location is set to the correct file location but says it contains 0 bytes. I have attempted to import a backup through the backup server management component (as opposed to placing the backups in the backup location) and I receive this error:
E00010000: Internal error

Cannot bind with server. (0x12002D)

Please let me know how I can make it so that I can find and recover my images once I remote into the agent and select recover.
