Hello mohammed irshad,

Thank you for your post. I will definitely resolve this issue for you.

The error message that you refer to can be caused by either one of the following:

1. The user under which you run the task does not have enough rights to run the operation.

2. A different account is used to launch the task.

3. The Acronis Scheduler service is not running under a local system account.

Please refer to the following article for a solution of this problem, and if you run into any other issues or have additional questions, please let me know.

Thank you.

3.the restarted the acronis service.
4.the i right click on the acronis backup icon and in "RUN as" Tab i selected the user domian\irshad and entered the correct password.

But the same issuse found. Error 1326 login Failure.

Hello Mohammed,

Thank you for getting back to me.

There is no need to run the Acronis Scheduler Service under your admin account because it will fail to work. It must be under a Local System Account only. Also, you do not have to run our software under your admin account, because when you create a scheduled task, there is a step in the wizard which asks to provide your credentials. This is where you can specify your admin account.

If you are still unable to resolve this issue, please generate an AcronisInfo report and kindly send me a private message with it attached.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.

Hello Anton,

Thanks for Replaying me and also sorry for disturbing you.

before using the acronis info report.i have another doubt.
i.e, i found an unknown user account( S-1-5-32-547 ) in the security tab when right click the acronics backup icon. i think it is the one which stops from taking the backup. i tried to delete the account from the security tab but i cant able to remove.

If it is the cause of the problem please let me know how to delete it..

And another thing i dont get any step in the scheduled task wizard which asks to provide your credentials. But there was the step before uninstalling the acronis softrware.

Please help me......

Hello again Mohammed,

You are very welcome!

Unfortunately it is difficult at the moment to answer your first question precisely due to lack of information. That is why I wanted to take a look at the AcronisInfo report.

Also, I believe the best way to resolve this issue, since it appears that the installation of our software somehow got corrupt, is to run True Image Echo clean up utility and install the software from scratch.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Thank you.

Hello Anton,
Once again thanks for replaying me....
My Problem was Solved. Now i can take the backups of my server. The question which i asked about the unkown user is the only one which stops me to take the backup. I just deleted the user in the advance mode and then restart the services. then it started working fine.

Thanks for helping me..
