E0007003 - Failed to read data from the disk

One of my servers is running Acronis True Image version 8,076 on Windows 2003 R2 standard edition and over the past while the following error has been appearing when a nightly scheduled job runs:

E00070003: Failed to read data from the disk. A possible reason might be bad sectors on the disk.

I have ran a check disk on the server to check for bad sectors, however none were found.
The acronis backup file is being saved locally on the C:\ and not to an external device or network drive.

If i manually run the saved scheduled job it runs without errors.

Could someone advise as to why this might be happening or a way to detemine if it the application I can be run in debug mode to create a log file which can be reviewed for errors
