Unfortunately it's hard to say for sure what's wrong without the full log and the description of the exact steps taken. But in case the error doesn't affect any operation, and you're creating a password-protected and encrypted backup archive, then the error can be safely ignored. We have it described in the Knowledgebase, feel free to check this article for more details.

Should this error eliminate any technical issue, then the issue requires investigation. Please gather Acronis Info and contact support directly with the information attached.
