Help with Backup Design.

Hi All

My current backup looks like the following.

Backup Exec 9.1
HP Ultrium LTO 400 / 800gb Drive
Backing up over 300gb Data, 1 MS SQL Server and 1 Lotus Domino Server and 1 File Server. At the moment I do a full backup to tape everynight.

What I am looking for is as follows.
Full Backup everynight, split onto 2 tape drives.
Continous file protection backing up onto a NAS server and a duplicate NAS for disaster recover.
Bare Metal Backups of my servers.
Laptop backup in real time whenever a laptop is on the network.
MS SQL 2000/2008 Backup - Lotus Domino 6.5.2 / 8.5.2 Backup. (3 Servers in Full)

What do I need Acronis wise to do the above.
