How to manually uninstall Acronis True Image Windows Server 9.1 from a Windows 7 Ultimate desktop ?

Thread needs solution

I was given a full version of Acronis True Image Server version 9.1 which I mistakenly put on a 32-bit Windows 7 Ultimate dektop .

When I try and uninstall I get a blue screen on reboot .

I don't have the system restore point for before installation so I am stuck with it .

Can anyone tell me what registry keys I need to delete or other entries to get rid of this from my computer ?

I am also running Acronis Disk Director Home 11 with no problems .

Can anyone help ?

Thanks for any help

Peter

Hello Petros,

Thank you for your message.

I would recommend uninstalling Acronis Disk Director 11 from Windows add/remove programs before attempting manual uninstallation because it can corrupt your Disk Director installation.

After that please check the following post with the manual uninstallation instructions.

Let me know if you have additional questions please.

Thank you.
