Today I activated the StartUp Recovery MBR change. I must now remove it. The process seems easy enough, insert XP cd, go to recovery console, run FIXMBR. Except, my XP disk is SP1 and I've upgraded to SP3. When I try to run the cd it tells me that the XP version is newer than the cd and shuts down. How do I get the MBR back to original without the current cd?
