I've been using Acronis True Image Echo with success for several years. Today I uninstalled it with the intent on re-using the software on my new "Windows 7" pc. Too late I learned that Echo won't work on Windows 7. So I re-installed the software on the original pc. I decided to restore that original pc to be recover some other things I "nuked" but now I can't see the Acronis Secure Zone (on a usb drive). The restore process sees the leftover piece of the usb drive but not the Secure Zone. How do I recover the secure zone?

Welcome to Acronis Forum, we're glad to greet you here! I completely understand your concern and will be glad to assist you.

Unfortunately in case Acronis True Image Echo Workstation cannot access Secure Zone there is not much we can do, but we can try at least to unhide the Secure Zone in order to extract the backups. I will send you the instructions via PM in a minute, please follow the steps suggested.

After that you will need to recreate Secure Zone in order to be able to save there the backups. I would appreciate if you could kindly keep us posted regarding this question.
