Log file corrupted

Thread needs solution

Backups have stopped working. Seems one will hang when it gets to the end. Loading Aronis says that the Log file is corrupted. System crashes when I try to view the log file.

So, how do I delete the log file to start over?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum. I will do my best to help you.

Could you let me know what OS you are using and what is the build number of our software. You can check it by clicking on Help->About from the main program menu.

In case you are using Acronis True Image Echo Server for Windows, I would recommend the following:

1. Delete the program logs, please check page 86 from the user guide for additional information.

2. Delete the backup tasks, please take a look on page 66 from the same user guide.

3. Recreate the backup tasks, page 61.

The latest build for Acronis True Image Echo Server for Windows is 8398, if you need help with updating please use this guide.
