Operation not finished after warning

Acronis Active Restore operation is not finished yet. Using Acronis True Image in this moment could have unpredictable results. Do you want to continue anyway?
This warning message comes up when I try to start the Echo Workstation. Initially I tried it anyway - Backup started and did not finish. It went to reboot.
I formatted the partition where Acronis Secure Zone was located. I also downloaded a new copy of software.
Now I still get the warning, but backup will complete .
2. When I create Acronis Secure Zone in the last 1% I get - failed to Synchronize the hard disk 2 with the operating system
When I select ' to ignore ' Secure Zone is created. Will backup still restore? How do I correct these two errors?

I would hope someone has an answer. My years help has expired and I cannot get an answer that way. I have cleaned and reinstalled the program a couple of times and warning still persists. It might help to be able to find out what "Active restore really means". I presume program returnd computer to active mode, but I had not initiated any "Active Restore" program before.
