Removing Acronis True Image Echo

Hello, I preivously contacted you guys in hopes to help solve a problem with upgrading to the newest version. I was prompted to remove the Acronis True Image Echo Server manually. Doing so requires that I use the recovery console off my win 2003 cd.

The issue I am having is that I cannot run the recovery console as it says no hard drive found. I figure this is an easy fix, but I've been having trouble trying to search for the answer.
