Replace Acronis True Image Echo Server

Thread needs solution

I am trying to replace a Acronis True Image Echo Server, with the Version 9.5.8018, with current Version of Acronis 11. But every time when i start the Installation i getting a hint that a old Version in a different Language is installed and must be deinstalled before the new Version can be installed.
When i am trying to deinstall the old Version i getting an Error Windows "Fatal Error during installation" .

I've take a look under the Program Directory and have seen that there isnt any longer a Acronis Directory.

I've tried the entry from the forum:
http://forum.acronis.com/forum/15158

and used the cleanup tool:
http://kb.acronis.com/content/4117

When i try the CleanUp tool i getting a Error in the Last line:
Removing SnapAPI...Failed

all the other lines are ok, or the cmponents not found.

The Envirement is a Windows 2003 Server.

Hello jmai,

Thank you for your post.

If the cleanup utility failed to remove Acronis True Image Echo Server for Windows and manual uninstallation did not help, I would recommend contacting our Support team so that we can assist you with removing old program traces via a remote session.

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

Thank you.
