Dear,

I made a mistake and I have installed old version of Acronis True Image Echo Server on Windows 2008 R2 server. Now when I try to uninstall it it doesn't allow me to do so.

I have followed the instructions in other posts on this forum: http://forum.acronis.com/forum/19350 but this doesn't work.

I have deleted the mentioned registry keys, etc. but I still cannot install proper version of Acronis Backup&Recovery 2012. When ever I start it it says that I have already other language version of Acronis installed on my system and I need to remove it before installing this one.

Can you please help me? Thanks

Don't know how and why but I have tried today and it worked. Case can be closed.

The only thing I have changed after deleting registry keys and restarting (I have tried to install but no luck) was to change back permissions in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ back to their originals because one of the other application didn't work.
