Restoring a disk from a 110GB .tib files

I am trying to restore a data drive from the .tib I just created. When I go through the process to restore, I get to the point where I select the disk and/or partitions, I make my selection then click the "Next" button and all the buttons become greyed out/disabled but there's a bunch of disk activity. I placed the .tib on a USB 2.0 drive.
The version we are using is TI9 for server and the image I created is of a 2003 SP2 x32 server. Very common but for some wacky reason it appears to be hanging.
The reason I am putting the same image down is because I upgraded the disks from 147 SAS drives to 500GB SAS drives and want to put the disk image back on the disk.

What is Acronis doing? Do I just wait forever?

This is funky because I did the same thing to an identical server that has less used disk capacity and all ran fine. This one has 110GB of .jpg images.

Any ideas?
