Good day.
After using of test reserve archive by use Acronis True Image Echo Server on the new server with option Universal Restore, operating system Windows 2003 SP1 isn't loaded, giving out stop code 00000050, Page_Fault_in_Nonpaged_Area. But, to be loaded in a safe mode.

Whether it is possible that or to make with this error?

Probably some drivers or startup programs from the old installation fail on the new system. As you can boot in safe mode, drivers from HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Minimal work normally, so you may try to disable them (those which are not in safeboot\minimal) in HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services (set 'start' parameter to 4) . To disable startup programs there is msconfig.
During it you probably will render the system completely unbootable several times, so it's better to make a backup of it before, so that you don't have to use universal restore again.
Another option is to to perform a fresh install on the target machine and compare its SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet branch to that of restored one
