TI Echo Server: Username or password for the remote resource is incorrect.

Hello,
we installed TI Echo Server 8.398 on a Windows Server 2003 with AD. The backup tasks write files from local drives to a nas device via network (QNAP TS 409-Pro which is a member in our AD). Sometimes the backup task works, sometimes not and the following error message appears:
"Username or password for the remote resource is incorrect. Re-enter username and password"
But the username and the password i entered is definitly correct!
