True Image Echo Server: E/A Gerätefehler

Hello,

since we brought a new HP Ultrium device, we have on 3 from 5 days an error message like this:

Fehler beim Schreiben der Datei. (0x40003)
Tag = 0xC41DEFBA28F4D130
Die Anforderung konnte wegen eines E/A-Gerätefehlers nicht ausgeführt werden (0xFFF0)
code = 8007045D)
Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AF: Wiederholen/Ignorieren/Abbrechen

The cartridges are new, i it seems that if i start the task manuelly it works. So, whats the problem?? The same tasks will done properly on NAS!
