True Image Echo Workstation 9 0 ntdll.dll error after installing WDC My Book Essential 3tb drive

I have been using TI echo Workstation v9 for about 4 years without any problems with windows XP SP3. A client gave me a new WDC MyBook Essential 3TB drive to set up. TI Echo Workstation has been running on his workstation for at least 3 years using WDC 2TB drives for image backup without any problems. However, after installing the WDC 3TB drive TI echo Workstation will not load. I get the following error message when I click on the TI echo workstation ICON to start the program:
"TrueImage.exe - Application error
the instruciton at xxx referenced memory could not be read'
appName: trueimage.exe modname ntdll.dll
I've attached a screen grab of the error message
This problem only happens when using the new WDC Mybook Essential 3TB drive. the WDC SES driver is properly installed

any Help??

We are having the same issue, or at least I think so.

Faulting application TrueImage.exe, version 9.5.0.8018, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.4937, fault address 0x0002a5c4.

We installed a USB 3.0 controller card and a 4TB Seagate Backup drive, USB 3.0.
