True Image Server Build 9.1 send no Mail

Thread needs solution

Hello.
Since few days ago the Server send no Mail out the inform me about the Results of the Backupoperations. I have no changes made. The Internetconnection works fine but when i test the Mailconnection in Acronis the Message he told we was "i am unable to send the Message - please check your Mailsettings".

There are no changes made about the Mailsettings.

Server : windows 2003 Standard
Antivir : McAffee Scan 8.x
Acronis True Image Server Build 9.1

P.S. please excuse my bad english im am from Germany and do not often wrote in english.

Unfortunately due to the lack of sufficient diagnostic information it's hard to say for sure what went wrong, and this situation requires investigation.
