TrueImage and LTO-4 HH

Hello,

first sorry for my bad english :-)

I have a problem with TrueImage Echo Server and a new Tandberg LTO-4 HH.
Version: Acronis® True Image Echo Server® (build 8.398)
Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2

Backups with Acronis to Disk are ok.
Backups with ntbackup to LTO are ok.
But Backup with Acronis to the LTO quit with this error:

1,010(0x103F2) CD-ROM "\taperecorder\\\.\tape0||TANDBERG\LTO-4 HH U519|" wurde nicht gefunden.
100(0x10064) Fehler bei Ausführung von script:D571F4DB-FE55-42BE-994D-11F040A3478B

The old Tapedrive was an DLT-V4 and Acronis works fine.
Now the Serverhardware was replaced and the System restored on the new Hardware.

Now i get the errors.

Please help me.

From the error it appears that our software has difficulties accessing your tape location. At the moment it is difficult to determine why, but I can suggest the following. Please refer to this article for troubleshooting issues with tape drives in our software and if it does not help, please collect the diagnostic information shown in the same article and contact our support directly. I am confident that we will be able to resolve this issue.

I think i solved the Problem.

I tried some. With BR 10 demo functioned even everything. Only with TrueImage Echo not.
I installed then the driver for the Adaptec 1045 SAS Controller in an older version.
Version: 4.0.0.11

With the version 5.0.1.0 did not function it with TrueImage Echo.
